The Nutritional Program will guide participants through weekly healthy lifestyle programs. Each session will include a discussion period, followed by a fitness activity. Practical tips for achieving improved nutrition, enjoyable exercise (which will include cardio and strength), positive lifestyle, as well as behavior changes will be learned.


Learn basic skills and a sporting mindset in a social environment utilizing individual and team drills, athletic movement, and game play.
